but i am a filthy human being that used to not brush a lot so virtually ALL of my teeth have cavities so i need to get those taken care of those before they start hurting

They didn't cause me pain...yet. I'm glad they were removed before they did.

Oh damn, i should post an update.

Turns out my tooth still had an infection even after the root canal and it was hurting really bad ( ), so i had to go to a specialist and he had to redo the whole thing. He was actually a bit surprised when he got a look in the root area, he said something to the effect of: "wow, that's old-school," to the assistant helping.
But now that's taken care of so on to the next problems!!!!
